The Delegate Registration Fee includes entrance to scientific sessions and trade exhibition, congress printed material, refreshment breaks and lunch, Welcome Reception and Reception at Edinburgh Castle. The Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes Refreshment Breaks and Lunch, Welcome Reception and Reception at Edinburgh Castle or just the evening receptions depending on which is purchased. A Full Time Student Registration will include entrance to the scientific sessions and trade exhibition, congress printed material, refreshment breaks and lunch.
The Congress Dinner may also be purchased as a separate item. Students can purchase the Social Events by using Sections C and D of the registration form. Delegates will receive confirmation of their registration via email. Only registered delegates can attend the pre-congress courses. Entrance to the congress, exhibition and social events is via tickets and badges. Badges will be supplied on registration and must be worn at all times.
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress Administrator. A 50% refund will be made for
cancellations until the 1st July 2009, after this no refund can be made. Substitution can be made in Consultation with the Congress Organisers. Non-EU nationals may require Visas. Information should be
obtained from your local Embassy.
